Serrano 92 is underway. The construction of this exclusive residential project located in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid, in the heart of the golden mile, has already begun. It is being developed by the promoter Sena Homes and will feature seven prime three-bedroom residences and common areas surrounded by interior courtyards. The building, originally constructed in 1929, spans 4,000 square meters distributed across a ground floor and three upper levels, maintaining its neoclassical façade, highlighted by the exterior balconies of each residence, which are placed on the market at a price of 25,000 euros per square meter.
Among the distinctive elements of the building is a rear courtyard conceived "as a unique and sophisticated space, accessed through the old carriage passage, revealing a secret garden with an integrated gallery pool." This enclave, evoking the atmosphere of a Belle Époque greenhouse, along with its excellent location in the center of Madrid, "enhances the iconic character of Serrano 92, a district famous for its elegance, architectural history, and role in the cultural and social life of the capital," explain the consultants from Colliers, responsible for the exclusive marketing. This is the first new development launched on Serrano Street since 2019, following Serrano 53.

The architectural design is handled by the Rafael Robledo studio, specializing in prime category residential buildings, while the interior design has been created by Casa Muñoz, the studio led by Mafalda Muñoz.
